Welcome Dr. Peter Giacobbe

We would like to welcome Dr. Peter Giacobbe (Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto), to the CPIN Program. Dr. Giacobbe is the Clinical Head of the Harquail Centre for Neuromodulation and the inaugural Kerr Chair in Interventional Psychiatry at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Dr. Giacobbe’s clinical and research interests focus on the development and evaluation of Interventional Psychiatry strategies for individuals with treatment-resistant mood and anxiety disorders. He has published over 170 articles and book chapters on the topics or mood disorders and their treatment and he is passionate about improving education and training methods in area of Interventional Psychiatry.
