Welcome Dr. Andrea Knight

We would like to welcome Dr. Andrea Knight (Associate Professor, Department of Paediatrics, University of Toronto), to the CPIN Program. Dr. Andrea Knight is a pediatric rheumatologist and Senior Associate Scientist in the Neurosciences and Mental Health Program at SickKids, and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto Temerty Faculty of Medicine. As the Canada Research Chair in Mental Health and Chronic Disease of Childhood, she conducts translational research on brain and mental health in children with lupus and other chronic rheumatologic diseases. She is the current co-leader of the CARRA Mental Health Workgroup, co-leader of the Cassie+Friends Youth Mental Health Working Group, Co-Chair of the Mental Health Strategy Research Implementation Team and Member of the Precision Child Mental Health Initiative Advisory Panel at SickKids.
